Free shipping in the USA! We offer free ground shipping through UPS on all orders in the USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, or outside the USA, we offer shipping at discounted rates. For expedited delivery, we offer shipping services at an additional fee. Orders made before 2PM CST (Mon-Fri) will be shipped same day.

Free returns and exchanges in the USA! We know it's sometimes tough to shop online, so we want to make you feel as comfortable as possible. If you decide you want to return or exchange something in its full, original packaging, just contact us at returns@bucketfeet.com within 30 days of making your purchase. We'll send you instructions and a free UPS return label to send the product back. *International orders and orders to Hawaii and Alaska are unfortunately non-refundable for any reason.

International Shipping We offer international shipping via UPS through our website. Please note that the cost quoted on the website only covers shipping via the carrier. It does not include additional charges that may be included upon import or delivery. Unfortunately, BucketFeet is not responsible for these additional charges, as they are hard to predict. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working to solve this for our customers in the future.
