Free returns and exchanges in the continental USA
All returns must be made within 30 days from the date that you received the item(s). Refund requests received at our warehouse within 30 days will be refunded back to the original form of payment; after 30 days, we issue refunds as online store credit. All socks are final sale.
If you wish to return or exchange any items, please follow the instructions on the return/exchange form included with your purchase. If you no longer have your prepaid UPS return label, please let us know and we can have a new one made for you.
Items must be unworn and in their full, original packaging. Shoe box fees may be charged if footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box or without the original shoe box.

We happily accept returns for a refund for unworn shoes in their full, original packaging. All international returns must be made within 45 days from the date that you received the item(s); we will issue your refund back to the original form of payment after receiving your shoes at our warehouse. We do not offer exchanges on international orders.
